Salon Policies

Client satisfaction 

At Prestige Salon, your satisfaction with your hair and overall experience is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to schedule an adjustment with your service provider or another team member. Adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility is determined at our discretion.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for services or hair extensions. Additionally, all sales are final on products such as hair tools, brushes, and other hair accessories. Products may be exchanged or credited to your account within 30 days of purchase if they show minimal use. Refunds will only be issued in the event of backorders.

Discontinuation of Services

At Prestige Salon, we reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue client relationships when necessary. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for rudeness, verbal abuse, profanity, or failure to follow salon policies. Such behavior may result in immediate termination of services.

Children

To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we kindly ask that children only accompany you to the salon if they are scheduled for a service. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the salon.
